How does our program work?

It’s pretty simple!  We pool the premium of all our members across New York State into one big pie.  We slice the pie up to pay for any losses our members might have, and whatever is left over is available to give right back to you!  

Since our program is underwritten by a not-for-profit agency of the State of New York established in 1914 to provide a guaranteed source of workers' compensation insurance coverage at the lowest possible cost, we don’t have shareholders or commission to pay, that leaves more to get refunded to you!
